Professionals take responsibility for their thoughts, words, and actions. Especially when they make mistakes.

Professionals stay poised under pressure. They respond to irate customers with a calm, business-like demeanor. They consider the emotions and needs of others. If they are having a bad day, they won’t let it impact how they interact with others.
6. Image
Professionals dress appropriately for the situation. They always look polished. This allows them to exude high confidence. Ultimately, confidence is key. That is how you will ace the interview and gain respect in the workplace.
